Position Overview We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and can lead installation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard on job sites and helps develop the next generation of technicians. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installations (furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductwork) Supervise and mentor install helpers and junior technicians Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred) Strong knowledge of residential systems and installation best practices EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Pride in workmanship and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Company vehicle or allowance Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off & holidays Year-round, stable work Clear path for advancement
