Review and address timecard and payroll discrepancies. Review and reconcile payroll. Prepare and record payroll journal entries. Assist employees with timecard or payroll questions or issues. Assist with audit requests as needed. Adhere to company internal controls. Qualifications High school diploma required but AA preferred Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting Minimum of 5 years payroll experience preferred. Effective analytical skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective computer skills including spreadsheet and office application software. Exposure to automated accounting and/or ERP systems, such as Oracle. Compensation Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $53,200 - $78,800 per year.
