Job Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography for a 15‑week assignment in Odessa, Texas. The role is 40 hours per week, with an 8‑hour daytime shift. Position Details Specialty: Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 15 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment type: Travel Responsibilities As a US Tech, you will be responsible for operating the ultrasound machine, ensuring accurate imaging and passing images to physicians for interpretation, and preparing and caring for patients undergoing ultrasound testing. Educate patients and/or their families regarding procedures Use sonographic equipment to identify and observe the area(s) of concern Prepare the exam room for examinations and assist radiologists with ultrasound procedures and ultrasound‑guided biopsies Report any abnormalities requiring immediate attention to the appropriate medical staff Maintain sonography equipment and report machinery failures Conduct scan tests and write reports based on the results Maintain accurate patient records Understand and use the McKesson PACS system Qualifications & Requirements 1 year of professional ultrasound experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ARDMS national certification State‑specific licensing when required MFM experience required Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Additional certifications may be required before assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
