Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant

The Gardens at Stevens – Denver, PA

The Gardens at Stevens is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Housekeeping / Laundry Assistants to join our skilled nursing facility in Denver, PA.

Our Housekeeping / Laundry team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping and laundry procedures

• Place soiled facility and resident personal linens in the washing machine

• Fold, hang, transport, and distribute clean personal linens to resident rooms

• Organize resident clothing by placing items in closets and drawers

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility

• Assist with additional housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or laundry preferred but not required

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
