Local Driver Assistant

Job Details:

$18.00 Hourly
Mon - Fri w/ occasional Saturday
Start Time: 6AM to 8AM
Avg Hours Worked Weekly: 40 to 50 Hours Weekly
Will work 8 to 10 hours a day
Deliveries will be made to commercial and residential sites.
For this position, applicants are required to complete FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Drug Screening. Our company goes by Federal Laws, not State Laws. You will need to pass the same drug screening as our Truck Drivers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the driver with loading and unloading products safely and efficiently at various locations, including residential homes and businesses.
Help organize and verify packages to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
Help maintain a clean and tidy delivery vehicle
Help driver keep and maintain paperwork for deliveries.
Driver Helper will help install furniture, appliances, medical devices, and various items per customers request.

#gearupandgo Pay Range: 18.00-18.00 per_hour, General Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and IRA available
Job Requirements:

Professional moving experience required
A team player: Works well with a partner to complete the daily route.
Strong work ethic: Reliable and able to work early morning shifts as needed.
Physical stamina: Able to lift heavy items (e.g., up to 75 lbs)
Positive attitude: Willing to learn, grow, and provide great customer service.
Attention to detail: Focused on handling products with care and keeping accurate delivery records.
