About the Position

Sign-on Bonus $30,000. Join a growing, patient-centered healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for Institutional Special Needs Plan members throughout Tucson, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice value-based medicine, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination for medically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $211,369 - $317,053

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience caring for geriatric, post-acute care, SNF, LTC, or medically complex patient populations is preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
