Overview Director of Plant Operations Opportunity - Full Time At Arbour Hospital - Jamaica Plain, we work diligently and compassionately to provide patients and their families with high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of specialized behavioral health services. We have proudly served the residents of the greater Boston area since 1909. Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. Responsibilities The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including the following: maintenance, housekeeping, grounds and security while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the facility’s Safety Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee. This role also chairs the Environment of Care and Emergency Management Committees. This position provides oversight to the Arbour Hospital campus that includes the hospital, the four ancillary buildings, storage buildings and grounds. In addition, the Quincy Center and Arbour Counseling Center will also fall under this person’s purview.
