In this position, you will deliver comprehensive clinical services, which include health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a varied adult patient demographic within a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Conduct detailed patient histories and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with your professional scope.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the electronic health record, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Your role will also involve:

• Coordinating care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-ups and appropriate referrals.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of clinical protocols.
