When you start, you’ll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns. Getting Started: Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL‑A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.
