Practice Info Collaborative care team environment at St. Joseph Hospital Work alongside a diverse group of professionals Team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients Compensation Annual compensation between $550k – $585k Commencement bonus of up to $50K Shift & Schedule W2 or 1099 options available Week 1: Daytime OR cases (Monday – Friday) Week 2: Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends) Week 3: No clinical obligations Flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance Qualifications Board certified/eligible Cardiac Fellowship trained Authorized to work in the United States
