Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Mount Sinai.

Additional Details:

PAPR & Fit Testing Requirement: PAPR use is not guaranteed across all departments and must be flagged at submission. All applicants must be willing to shave to pass the mandatory N95 fit test to avoid a rescinded offer.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years tele & critical care experience. Ventilator management required. Preferred Credentials: Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred. Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program. Unit Details: May perform charge nurse duties as assigned. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. No on-call.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
