Job Title: CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Address: Avon, CT Job Description Administer vaccines including flu, COVID, MMR, and others in an in-store setting. Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure quality care. Adapt to changing schedules and community healthcare needs. Motivate and develop support staff, assigning tasks to maximize strengths. Implement solutions to achieve team goals and improve patient outcomes. Critical Information Schedule: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Sat 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Onsite as needed; patient-facing role; PPE provided Remote work is not applicable Compliance with healthcare safety standards and vaccination protocols Education/Licenses Needed Active RN license in the relevant state or territory High School Diploma or GED Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
