Job Details:

• Title: Hybrid BCBA – Full-Time
• Location: Hickory, NC
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule

• 25 hours/week: In-person, providing billable CPT 97155 services
• 15 hours/week: Flexible hours that may be completed remotely or in person

-> Key Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 25 in-person billable hours per week under CPT 97155.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and make program modifications.
• Oversee clinical programming and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress.
• Review clinical data and evaluate treatment effectiveness to make appropriate clinical recommendations.
• Complete required clinical documentation, reports, and communications accurately and within required timelines.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintain ethical, compliant, and evidence-based ABA practices in accordance with organizational and payer requirements.

-> Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services and supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members.
