Griswold Home Care Company Office is hiring a Recruiter to support the staffing and retention of non-medical home care caregivers and home health aides across Montgomery County. This onsite role in Blue Bell, PA focuses on end-to-end recruiting, compliance-ready documentation, and caregiver advocacy. Role Overview In this position, you will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate hiring and onboarding steps, and help address turnover challenges through retention strategies and caregiver engagement initiatives. You will also maintain accurate employment paperwork and support audit-ready file management in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview caregivers and home health aides Host and attend career fairs and hiring events throughout Montgomery County Build relationships with local workforce development organizations Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding Ensure employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time Maintain audit-ready files in accordance with company standards Support background checks and onboarding requirements Serve as an advocate for care staff Partner with leadership to address turnover challenges Help implement retention strategies and caregiver engagement initiatives Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training programs Support continuing education efforts Contribute ideas to improve recruiting and retention processes Required Qualifications Values building a competent, dependable caregiver team Detail-oriented approach to employment documentation and compliance Resilient and motivated to tackle retention challenges Ability to commute to the Blue Bell, PA office and travel throughout Montgomery County Willingness to participate in a compensated on-call rotation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Ability to meet all hiring criteria per company policy and state regulations Positive attitude with a growth mindset Preferred (Not Required) Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or home care Knowledge of the non-medical home care industry Tools & Technologies Microsoft Office Location and Schedule Location: Blue Bell, PA (onsite), serving Montgomery, PA Schedule: Full-Time with On-Call Rotation (additional compensation) Compensation $44,000 to $50,000 annually plus an Office Bonus Plan (additional compensation applies for the on-call rotation).
