Have fun and work hard! As a member of Harriet's Hamburgers team, you'll be a highly valued and integral part of our team from the start. You'll have the chance to train at every station at Harriet's while gradually increasing your responsibilities and pay. We strongly believe in learning and development and offer opportunities to grow your career at your own pace. You can work up to become a #BeGoodCrew Trainer, Cross Trainer, Shift Manager, and beyond. In addition to your hourly base pay, you'll also earn tips by showcasing your excellent hospitality skills!

No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the necessary training. Requirements

• Prior customer service experience
• A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
• Experience working with a Point of Sale system
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Competency in counting money and processing payments
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
• A genuine commitment to excellence and success
