Salary: $115,000 – $125,000/year (may reflect bonuses and incentives)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Psychologist for a hybrid position at our multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role offers competitive compensation with bonus and incentive potential, and the opportunity to provide culturally competent mental health services to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active New York State license (required).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning.
- Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
- Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Provide culturally competent care to patients.
