The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results.The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic.About the RoleWe are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to design, integrate, and test the structural and mechanical systems that make our aircraft possible. This is a broad role by design. Depending on your background and where the program needs you most, your work may center on mechanical subsystems like flight controls, landing gear, fuel, and actuation, or on composite and metallic airframe structures. Most likely it will be both.You will own designs from blank sheet through flight test. You will make real decisions, defend them in design reviews, and see your hardware fly. There is no handoff culture here.
