Duties and Responsibilities of the Position Research, organize, report, and conduct analysis to determine division/department needs and resources by assisting with planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Assist the department by providing metrics, trend tracking, and forecasts for future planning. Interact/communicate with various departments and internal and external customers. May work directly with customers to analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot issues. Work with various supply chain software systems to solve common issues, preform tests, and software usability for the department and customers. Establish and maintain departmental records, data, and filing systems. Provide support for order management and other various activities for the department. Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends and actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team. Provide feedback to management regarding department enhancements and process improvements. Perform other duties as needed. Required Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 0-2 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. Competencies Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
