Electrical Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - San Diego, CA

Overview Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager . Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability Qualifications 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M+) Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software Additional Locations: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts #J-18808-Ljbffr
