Detention Shift Supervisor - Youth Care & Safety
Together for Youth
Together for Youth is seeking a Non-Secure Detention Shift Supervisor to support the Program Coordinator, oversee staff and youth, and model professional conduct in daily operations. You will help ensure logs are completed accurately, meetings are conducted, and safety and regulatory compliance are maintained.
The role demands supervising staff, coordinating activities, and coordinating crisis response with on-call leadership.
