Tech Licensing Counsel for AI & Software Deals
Advanced Micro Devices , Inc.
A leading technology company in Austin, TX is seeking a transactional attorney to provide legal support to its CG business unit. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating technology and software agreements, counseling clients on compliance, and providing legal training. The ideal candidate holds a JD, has an active U.S. bar license, and preferably has in-house experience in technology law. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
