Our families need your joy, your sense of fun, and your childcare know-how. We provide care for families in the greater Boston suburbs. We are currently seeking in‑home sitters/caregivers in Westborough, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Sudbury, Framingham, Holliston, Harvard. Hourly Rate: between $20‑21 per hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities Provide care for multiple families with children of all ages from infant to 12+, typically within a 30‑minute drive. Create a safe environment for the children in your care to learn and play. Engage children in creative arts & activities, as well as outdoor fun. Clean up before families leave, leaving the space better than you found it. Communicate effectively with children and parents. Enter availability to care for families and let the scheduling team handle arrangements via a mobile app. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable car. At least 2 years of childcare experience. Consistent availability from 8 am to 6 pm, ready to work 6‑9 hour shifts. At least 18 years of age, able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Willing and able to pass a thorough background check, including a driving record check. Schedule & Hours Work 2‑5 days per week between the hours of 8 am‑6 pm, with shift lengths of 6‑9 hours. Expected weekly hours range from 24 to 40, typically 10‑hour shifts or 8‑hour shifts depending on placement. Additional Information You will receive CPR/First Aid training (reimbursed if not certified). Families are fully vetted and screened for safety. Position is professionally paid with direct deposit. A staffing manager handles your schedule, payroll, and offers ongoing support. You will also have access to professional development webinars through Relias that qualify for in‑service credit.
