Tax Manager

RSM US LLP

RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned international tax professional to lead cross-border due diligence and tax structuring projects. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate global country inputs, and communicate findings to clients. The role requires at least five years of international tax or cross-border M&A experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CPA or JD certification.
