A nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania is seeking a Placement and Retention Specialist to aid individuals with disabilities in job readiness and placement. Responsibilities include developing employment plans, providing training, and managing schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and job coaching, along with appropriate education credentials. Additional clearances are required prior to employment.
