- Lavar de manera eficiente y rpida la loza, cristalera, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.
- Mantener la estacin de lavado limpia, desinfectada, organizada y segura.
- Apoyar en la limpieza general profunda de la cocina (pisos, mesones y equipos) para mantener los estndares de higiene.
- Retirar la basura y los desechos de la cocina hacia los contenedores principales de manera oportuna.
- Colocar la loza y utensilios limpios en sus lugares correspondientes para que los cocineros tengan todo listo.
- Apoyar al equipo de cocina en tareas sencillas de limpieza cuando sea necesario.
- Puntualidad rigurosa: Capacidad para llegar a tiempo a sus turnos asignados.
- Fuerte tica de trabajo: Persona responsable, honesta y comprometida.
- Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante todo el turno y levantar objetos moderadamente pesados (ollas, botes de basura, cajas de loza).
- Trabajo en equipo: Buena actitud y disposicin para apoyar a los compaeros de cocina en un entorno de ritmo rpido.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos que pueden incluir fines de semana.
- Estabilidad laboral en una empresa respetable con ms de 20 aos de historia en la comunidad.
- Ambiente de trabajo seguro, limpio, respetuoso y muy familiar.
