Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operating room and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including Charge RNs and CSTs.
• Function in multiple service lines such as Orthopedic, ENT, and Cardiac.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year of current acute care hospital PEDS CVOR RN experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience is required.
• Previous pediatric experience is preferred.
• Ability to function in multiple service lines is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
