While we may not have an immediate opportunity available, we encourage you to apply and join our talent community for consideration as positions become available.Pay: $16.90 - $55.00 per flat rate hour.Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.Department Hours: Mon-Sat: 9am-8pm and Sun: 10am-7pmWhy join our team?High-volume, luxury dealership with foot traffic and opportunitiesPremium brand recognition – Represent Lexus, known for quality and customer loyaltySupportive leadership team that invests in your successCareer growth opportunities within a large automotive groupTeam-oriented culture with a focus on performance and collaborationModern showroom and inventory to help you close deals.What you'll doInspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.What you'll bring1+ years of automotive technician, lube technician, or maintenance experience.Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.Toyota or Lexus experience but not required.ASE certifications.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total rewardsThe flat rate range for this position is $16.90 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
