Local Rate: Pay Rate: $51 / hour Travel Rates: Traveler Hrly Rate $25.10 Traveler Lodging $672.00 Travel M&I $413.00 Total Travel Stipend $1,085.00 Total Travel Pkg $2,002.60 Blended Rate $55.63 LPN Details Full Time Schedules Some weekends may be required 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus) 1 day LPN (1 is pending offer: if she doesn't sign we may need an additional) 1 night LPN LPN Duties Med Pass Health Assessments Sick Calls Provides general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients. Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient. May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients. Additional LPN duties given by Supervisor. LPN Qualifications Graduation from an accredited educational institution Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State in NM .
