• Integral part of all business operations and maintain visibility and interactions with staff
• Business Performance, KPI’s, and financial reporting
• Direct the flow of all internal administrative and operations
• Lead and hold accountable Sales and Project Management teams
• Define, create and maintain company culture through daily interaction with staff
• HR, including building and maintaining company culture, compliance, compensation, onboarding and trainingRequirements- Must have at least 5 year’s experience in production environment
• Verifiable track record of operations and sales leadership
• Proficiency in project management and financial analysis, job cost, budget, KPI’s
• Tech savvy with advanced MS Office, Excel, QuickBooks, ERP
