Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology (IR) in Evanston, Illinois. The role involves providing nursing care for neuro and IR procedures, including stroke management, PE, lysis UFE, and moderate sedation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Evanston, Illinois
• Schedule: 10-hour day shift, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, IR/Neuro experience of at least 2 years, and experience with stroke, pulmonary embolism, lysis UFE, and moderate sedation
• Preferred Qualifications: Over 3 years of IR/neuro experience
• Schedule: 10-hour shift, days, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • Contract duration: 13 weeks
  • Floating requirements: none
  • Weekend requirements: one weekend per month (Friday to Monday mornings), with an option for the third Saturday or Sunday
  • On-Call Requirements: 8-10 days per month
  • Call Radius: IR body 45 minutes, IR neuro 30 minutes
  • Orientation Hours: one week with shadow call, totaling 16 hours of non-billable orientation
