Travel CT Technologist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM, Friday to Sunday. Must be willing to take call 3-5 times per month. Job Description The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient individuals under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include performing various radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy and portable radiographic procedures, as well as demonstrating proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures. Responsibilities Conduct basic radiographic procedures and C-arm procedures. Perform CT scans of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities. Assist in biopsy and drainage procedures. Ensure knowledge of processing of CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, and cross-sectional anatomy. Perform studies with or without contrast media. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Experience with Philips CT equipment. ARRT (CT) certification. Current Florida Rad Tech license. Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school.
