About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department team. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in critical situations, enjoy working collaboratively, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Provide care for patients with acute and emergent medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements

✅ Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
✅ Active RN License
✅ Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
✅ BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Experience in high-volume, high-acuity Emergency Departments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
