Network Engineer

*Overview* We are seeking a *Network Engineer* to support a large-scale enterprise environment focused on modernizing and maintaining multi-site network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in *hands-on engineering work*, enjoys *solving complex network challenges*, and can support both *project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations*.
You'll play a key role in *deploying, optimizing, and supporting network solutions across multiple locations*, including participating in *technology refresh initiatives and infrastructure improvements*.
*What You'll Be Solving*
* Migrating and optimizing enterprise network environments across multiple sites
* Supporting network reliability and performance across complex LAN/WAN environments
* Driving technology refresh efforts and ensuring successful site deployments
* Enhancing network visibility, security, and overall infrastructure stability
* Troubleshooting critical issues and implementing long-term solutions
*Top Skills (Required)*
* Aruba Central provisioning and management
* HP switching
* Meraki SD-WAN
*Additional Experience (Nice to Have)*
* Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
* LAN / WAN architecture and support
* Aruba wireless technologies

*Key Responsibilities*
* Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure across enterprise environments
* Execute network implementations and technology refresh projects across multiple sites
* Monitor and maintain network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents across distributed environments
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver network solutions on time
* Document configurations, processes, and deployment steps
*What We're Looking For*
* 5+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise environments
* Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, and network troubleshooting
* Proven ability to support and scale networks across *multiple sites*
* Experience working both independently and collaboratively on high-impact initiatives
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
*Work Environment & Expectations*
* *Primarily onsite in the Columbus area* with flexibility depending on project work
* *Monthly out-of-state travel* required to support site initiatives and deployments

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
