A day in the role

You arrive, review the work plan, and ready your line. You start up and oversee production equipment, watching gauges and readouts while making safe, timely adjustments to keep everything running smoothly. You keep your area organized and hazard-free, and you own product quality—inspecting output and flagging anything that doesn’t meet spec. Throughout the shift, you collaborate with teammates to hit production targets, troubleshoot minor issues, and record accurate data so every run is traceable and on standard.

What you’ll do

• Operate and closely monitor production machinery for safe, efficient throughput.
• Perform basic adjustments, preventative care, and first-line troubleshooting.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Inspect finished goods to verify quality; escalate nonconformances promptly.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve daily goals and meet deadlines.
• Accurately log production details and maintain required records.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training a plus.
• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred).
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and safely lifting/handling materials as needed.
