As a Night Shift Associate you will: Accurately process guest room reservations and cancellations. Operate computer software, including but not limited to roomMaster, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Occasionally organize, tidy, sort, or lightly clean office areas, public areas, guest rooms, and fold laundry.
