Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Blairsville, GA Pay: 32 to 36 per hour Company Overview: Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their in‑home nursing team on a part‑time basis. This role is critical in providing high‑quality care directly to patients within their homes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record and monitor vital signs, ensuring the health and safety of patients. Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating. Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care. Educate patients and their families on health care procedures and treatment plans. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Qualifications: Must hold an active LPN license in the state of Georgia. Proven experience in a direct patient care setting, with strong clinical skills. Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and routine medical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively explaining complex issues to patients and family members. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care. Current CPR certification is required.
