Strong referral base and steady Walnut Creek community caseload. Large modern facility with private treatment rooms. Fully equipped rehab gym. Skilled aides to support exercise progression. Compensation & Benefits: $52–$70 per hour (DOE). Performance bonuses. Medical, dental, vision. PTO and paid sick leave. Continuing education support. Clear path to senior or leadership roles.
