Surgical Technologist - Night Shift, L&D Birth Center
Provident Behavioral Health
Role: Surgical Technologist or Surgical Assistant in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care in women’s health units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU. Responsibilities: Delivering top-of-scope perioperative care, utilizing evidence-based practices, supporting a multidisciplinary team, precepting new staff, and contributing to patient safety and quality care at the point of care. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, state registration, 6 months surgical tech experience or accredited training, and BLS certification. Military-trained candidates are also eligible. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, commitment to patient wellness, and ability to follow practice standards like AWHONN and AACN. Key Duties: Assist in surgical procedures, ensure safety and compliance, support ongoing education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
