Rare Bird Restaurant Server Assistant - Part-Time

The Server Assistant will be preparing and refilling beverages, assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, removing trash, and sanitizing restaurants.

Requested Tasks

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.\
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
• Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
• Additional duties and assignments as assigned

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly pivot between requests
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
• Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
