As our Launch Manager, you'll be the engine behind every new market launch in the US, owning the end-to-end process from pre-opening readiness to the moment we open our doors. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, sweats the details, and knows how to rally a team around a shared deadline.This isn't a behind-the-desk job. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and the satisfaction of seeing something go from an empty space to a fully operational clinic, all because of the work you did. You'll help shape how we scale, influence the playbooks that outlast any single launch, and be a core part of a team that's genuinely changing how people access healthcare.What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 MonthsSite Readiness & Pre-Launch ExecutionTravel to new clinic sites to conduct hands-on installation readiness assessmentsIdentify and resolve gaps before they become launch-day problemsServe as the on-the-ground point person during the critical pre-opening windowTechnology Setup & TestingOwn end-to-end tech setup at every new location: hardware, software, integrationsLead comprehensive technology testing prior to external events, ensuring every system is live, stable, and ready for patientsTroubleshoot issues in real time and coordinate with vendors and internal tech teams to resolve them fastInventory & Operational ReadinessCoordinate delivery, receipt, and setup of all inventory, supplies, and equipmentConfirm every location is fully stocked and operationally ready before opening dayPartner with operations, procurement, and facilities teams to close gapsProcess Building & ScalabilityDevelop and continuously improve launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists that can scale with our growthDocument lessons learned after each launch and build them back into the processCreate the systems that make every future opening faster and smoother than the lastMinimum QualificationsExperience in operations, project management, or a launch/opening role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a multi-site environmentExceptional organizational skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping a ballStrong communicator who can translate complexity into clear action items for any audienceA true can-do attitude: you find solutions, not excusesComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none existsProficiency in project management tools and setting things up from scratchWillingness and ability to travel frequently.
