Job Description SSM Health Orthopedics - Bridgeton, Orthopedics | Bridgeton, MO (12349 DePaul Drive) | SSM Health, located inside the SSM Health Orthopedic Centerattached to SSM Health DePaul Hospital, is recruiting for a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification or Physician Assistant. SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis treats patients from across the St. Louis metropolitan area, including the communities of Bridgeton, Florissant, Hazelwood, St. Ann, St. John, Maryland Heights, and Overland. Qualifications: Orthopedic Surgery APP practice experience including surgical first assist. New graduates are welcome to apply who have orthopedic surgery rotation experience, including performing surgical first assist. Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification or PA-C RN/ACNP licensure in Missouri or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or ability to obtain) Job Highlights: Anticipated schedule of three (3) clinic days per week and two (2) days providing surgical first assist to our total knee replacement orthopedic surgeon. Ability to perform joint injections, read X-rays, and perform splinting and casting. Schedule is Monday-Friday business hours No Call/No Evenings/No Weekends Anticipated clinical volume of 10-15 patients per day once onboarded Join an experienced and dedicated team of Orthopedic Surgeons and APPs Full support staff in place, including MA/RN Strong department onboarding and mentorship Fantastic team and department culture and collaboration About SSM Health DePaul Hospital: Opened in 1828, SSM Health DePaul Hospital is a 540-bed, full-service Catholic hospital.
