Truck Driver CDL Class A - Regional, Drop & Hook

Position Overview Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a CDL Class A Company Driver to operate a tractor with a 53‑ft trailer across designated regions. Key Responsibilities Drive tractor‑truck combinations on local, regional and interstate highways. Deliver merchandise from distribution centers to stores and depots. Maintain vehicle condition reports and meet all ELD and DOT compliance requirements. Stay current on DOT rules, regulations and safety procedures. Earn mileage‑based pay ($0.55–$0.69 per mile) and receive bonuses for safety, extra stops and premium 6th‑day pay. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL license. Clean driving record with no major accidents or alcohol/drug convictions. Minimum 1 year of all‑weather driving experience. Strong communication skills, including reading, writing and following detailed instructions. Ability to work 90% standing or walking, 5% desk or phone work, and lift/shift up to 2% of the shift. Compensation & Benefits Competitive mileage pay ($0.55–$0.69 per mile). Up to $3,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires. Up to $3,000 referral bonus for current employees.
