Travel Therapy - Physical Therapist

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Lawrenceville, GA. Job Details Employment Type: Travel Shift: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the facility following facility guidelines. Understand and comply with PT board rules and regulations within the state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused care. Understand adaptive equipment. Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
