Shift Leader Position At Dunkin'

We are looking for shift leaders to join our Dunkin' team! Shift leaders are responsible for coaching crew members throughout their shift to execute operational brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Stores conveniently located around the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
• Take command when the manager is absent.
• Responsible for the store's well-being and employees' safety when the manager is absent.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.
• Customer is always right mentality

Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on Dunkin policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.
• Keep tabs on the progress of your employees and their strengths

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Math/Writing skills

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.
