LIHTC Community Manager: Leasing, Finances & Team Leadership

Franklin Group in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Community Manager with LIHTC experience. You will oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial performance to meet company goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, supervision of office and maintenance staff, inspections, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.
