Otolaryngology Physician

We are an established medical practice serving Indianapolis and the surrounding area, performing evaluations on patients with swallowing disorders. Positions available – full‑time and part‑time physicians are needed. All physicians with various experiences are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform evaluations on patients with swallowing disorders. Conduct modified barium swallow studies and consultations via a mobile unit. Schedule appointments – 95% within 24 to 72 hours of receiving a request and often same day when possible. Collaborate with physicians, speech‑language pathologists, and support staff. Benefits & Compensation Compensation for physicians during training. Annual income for 4–5 days a week: approximately $160,000 to $225,000+. Health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and educational stipend. No weekend or night call; malpractice insurance and tail coverage paid by the practice.
