[Responsibilities]

- Prepare, blend, and mix bulk materials accurately following job program specifications
- Calculate and verify material quantities before loading
- Ensure timely product delivery to wellsites by coordinating with logistics and service teams
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized plant facility
- Support monthly inventory checks and manage daily paperwork for goods received and shipped
- Safely label, store, and dispose of materials in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Adhere strictly to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies while wearing required PPE
- Participate in job risk assessments and ongoing process improvements
- Assist in training new operators and trainees

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Strong safety mindset with commitment to workplace protocols
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficient machinery operation; forklift experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in dusty environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work 12-12.5 hour shifts (rotating 7 days on/4 days off pattern, both day and night shifts)
- Ability to wear full PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, FR gear (provided)

[Preferred Skills]

- Previous experience in warehouse, plant, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with cementing operations or oilfield services
