OTR Truck Driver (Hiring Immediately)

We run flatbed and dry van freight nationwide and we are looking for experienced over the road drivers who want . Pay is 25% of line haul. Not per mile. Not a flat rate. A percentage of what the load actually pays.

Because your pay moves with the market. Our schedule is three weeks out with structured home time in between. We run this way because drivers who are serious about income do not want to spend a day and a half getting home and back every two weeks. More time on the road means more miles and more money. If that matches how you like to operate, we should talk. We haul both flatbed and dry van. Flatbed drivers need to know their way around tarps and securement and take pride in a properly loaded trailer. Dry van drivers get consistent freight and steady runs. Some of our drivers work both. Rapid Service has been doing this long enough to know that the drivers are the operation. That is not something we say to fill space in a job posting. It shows up in how we structured pay, how dispatch communicates, and how we handle problems on the road. Drivers here get treated like the professionals they are. What we need from you: a valid Class A CDL, at least one year of verifiable over the road experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to be out three weeks at a time. Flatbed securement experience is required for flatbed assignments.
