Join the CritiCare Team –Monday-Friday, School Day Hours 

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with staff and families to develop and implement effective behavior interventions that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavior support to students
• Train and support teachers, aides, and staff on behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills

Work Environment:

• School-based setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Follows school calendar and schedule
