Salesforce Technical Architect
UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, enterprise integrations, security architecture, data management, and technical governance. This role will provide overall technical direction for Salesforce programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives. The Technical Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, development teams, and client leadership to define solution strategies and drive successful delivery across Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience establishing new Salesforce organizations and defining enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading geographically distributed teams.
- Healthcare Payer domain experience is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Certifications Mandatory Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System
